Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Ensure all guests are attended to at the Front Desk.
• Issue apartment access key cards.
• Attend to and anticipate all guests' queries and needs.
• Provide recommendations on nearby amenities.
• Manage guests’ accounts and apartment availability in the system.
• Perform simple bookkeeping.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails, and calls.
• Handle and record resident feedback and complaints.
• Perform related tasks as assigned.
