Job summary

Commonwealth Concepts Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced restaurant supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations, ensure service standards, and lead a team of servers and captains. You will supervise mise-en-place, take reservations, greet guests, and coordinate with the Restaurant Manager to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.

The role requires strong communication, people management, and the ability to train new staff while upholding F&B safety policies. On-site with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have hospitality/food & beverage experience.
• Ability to train and mentor new staff.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations and greet guests promptly and courteously.
• Present menu and share promotions and specials.
• Take and relay food and beverage orders with accuracy.
• Supervise mise-en-place and inventory checks for consistency and quality.
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety policies.
• Delegate duties to servers and captains and monitor performance.
• Assist in daily briefings and oversee outlet operations and events.
