Job summary

INITIA Group is seeking a Restaurant Floor Supervisor in Singapore to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and uphold high standards of quality and service. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth floor operations and positive guest experiences.

The role requires a hospitality-focused background, strong leadership, and excellent communication to manage staff and interact with customers, while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across the outlet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality / Retail Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in hotel or restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Asst. Manager and Manager for the smooth operations of floor assigned.
• Supervise opening and closing operations; ensure standard protocols are followed.
• Interact positively with customers; ensure satisfaction and solicit feedback.
• Demonstrate positive leadership to inspire Team Members to meet standards.
• Supervise and maintain cleanliness of the outlet.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints/concerns and resolve them.
