Job summary

CITY ELITE PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on outlet supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations and guest relations. You will assist with manpower rostering, maintain menu knowledge for food and beverages, and ensure correct setup and service standards across meal periods.

The role requires WSQ safety and hygiene compliance, and experience in F&B/hospitality is advantageous. Shift work, including weekends and public holidays, is expected to support busy periods.

Qualifications

• WSQ follow Food & Beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Other existing and/or new Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ).
• Experience in a Food & Beverage/Hotel industry will be an added advantage.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Willing to perform shift duties (including weekends and public holidays).

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the outlet.
• Assist with the rostering of manpower.
• To have a full understanding and knowledge of all items that is offered on the menu & beverage list.
• Ensure that set up of tables in the restaurant is as per the standards required for each meal period and as set in the Restaurant operating policy.
• Manage guest relations and handle complaints or feedbacks concerning food and services.
• Maintain standards of service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
