Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is looking for a Guest Service Associate to join our food and beverage team. You will take orders, serve guests, and ensure a warm, professional experience across our restaurants.

The role requires at least 1 year in guest service, good communication, and a food hygiene certificate. You’ll work shifts including weekends and public holidays, with opportunities to advance within a world-class hospitality venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education with O Level passes.
• Diploma in any field is an advantage.
• At least 1 year in a guest service role, preferably in hospitality.
• Food hygiene and safety certification required.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Professional appearance expected.

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
• Assist teammates to prepare and set up restaurants for service and inspect stock and utensils.
• Assist guests with requests, upsell, and be knowledgeable about the menu.
• Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation inquiries.
• Perform other administrative duties in the restaurant.
