Marina Bay Sands is seeking service-minded colleagues to join our Food & Beverage team in Singapore. You will handle orders, serve guests, and ensure a smooth dining experience across restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a guest service/guest contact role.
• Food hygiene and safety certification.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays; maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
• Assist team members with restaurant prep, setup and stocking of amenities and utensils.
• Assist guests with requests, upsell, and be knowledgeable about the menu.
• Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries.
• Perform cashiering duties and manage cash/credit transactions; reconcile cash drawer.

Education

Secondary/O-level education

Diploma in any field (advantage)
