Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused team member to manage food and beverage service, guest interactions and reservations. You will ensure high service standards, assist with setup, and contribute to a smooth restaurant operation.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in guest service, a secondary education credential, and a food hygiene certification. Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact role, preferably in a hospitality organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
• Assist fellow Team Members with preparation and setting up in restaurants and ensuring amenities and utensils are stocked and inspected prior to service.
• Assist guests on requests, conduct up-selling, and be knowledgeable about the menu.
• Handle all restaurant telephone and email reservation inquiries.
• Perform other administrative duties in the restaurant.
