Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking hospitality staff to join our team at our bustling restaurants in Singapore. You will handle food and beverage orders, serve guests with a smile, and assist with setting up the dining area and stock management to ensure smooth service.

We value candidates with at least 1 year in guest service in hospitality, and who hold food hygiene certification. Shifts include weekends and public holidays; a professional appearance is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact role, preferably in a hospitality organization.
• Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
• Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
• Assist fellow Team Members to prepare and set up in the restaurant and ensure utensils are stocked and inspected prior to service.
• Assist guests on their requests, conduct upselling, and be well-versed in all menu items.
• Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries.
• All other administrative duties in the restaurant.
