Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education with O Level passes.
• At least 1 year in a guest service/guest contact role.
• Food hygiene and safety certification.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
• Assist fellow Team Members with restaurant prep and setup for service and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Assist guests with requests, upsell, and be well-versed in menu offerings.
• Handle restaurant reservations via phone and email.
• Perform cashiering duties and operate POS system; handle cash and card transactions.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and reconcile at end of shift.
