Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a guest-focused team member to join our Food & Beverage service team in Singapore. You will handle orders, serve guests, and assist with restaurant setup while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to upsell menu items, and readiness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Training will cover safety and hygiene practices in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education with O-Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact role, preferably in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
• Assist team members with restaurant setup and stock inspection.
• Assist guests with requests, upsell where appropriate, know menu well.
• Handle reservations via telephone and email enquiries.
• Perform cashiering duties and manage cash/credit transactions.
• Carry out other administrative duties in the restaurant.
