Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking guest-focused hospitality professionals to join our Food & Beverage team in Singapore. You will handle guest orders, serve guests, and help maintain a smooth dining experience across our restaurants.

We value at least 1 year in guest service, a food hygiene certification, and the ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, with a neat and professional appearance. Experience with upselling and reservations by phone/email is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a guest service/guest contact role.
• O Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage.
• Food hygiene and safety certification required.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
• Assist fellow team members to prepare and set up in restaurants.
• Assist guests with requests, upsell where appropriate, and know the menu.
• Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries.
• Perform other administrative duties in the restaurant.
