Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Guest Service Associate to join our Food & Beverage team in Singapore. You will take orders, serve guests, and provide friendly, attentive service to create a memorable dining experience.

Requirements: at least 1 year in guest service within hospitality; ability to upsell and manage reservations; maintain a neat, professional appearance; willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Training on menu knowledge and hygiene standards is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in guest service / guest contact roles, preferably in hospitality
• Strong guest interaction and service orientation
• Upselling and reservation handling experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests
• Assist in restaurant setup, stocking and inspection before service
• Assist guests with requests, suggestive selling, menu knowledge
• Handle restaurant telephone and email reservations
• Perform other administrative duties in the restaurant
