Job summary

NURTURE LIVING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to warmly welcome clients, escort them to outlets and provide timely information about services and facilities. You will coordinate with staff, manage registrations and assist with queue management to ensure a smooth experience.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-oriented approach, and flexibility to work weekends. Prior experience is helpful but not essential, and a professional appearance is expected at all times.

Qualifications

• Singaporean citizen or PR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented.
• Able to walk between MRT stations and outlets as required.
• Punctual, reliable and well-groomed.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays in a rotating schedule.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or wellness is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and project a professional first impression.
• Meet clients at designated MRT stations and escort them to the outlet.
• Contact clients before appointments to confirm arrival times and directions.
• Assist with wayfinding and ensure timely arrival at the outlet.
• Provide basic information about services, promotions and facilities.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience from arrival to handover to staff.
• Coordinate with outlet staff on arrivals, appointments and special requests.
• Monitor schedules and communicate delays or changes promptly.
• Assist with registration, queue management and appointment coordination.
• Handle enquiries professionally and escalate complaints when needed.
• Support operations during non-peak periods with admin and service duties.
• Maintain neat and professional appearance and uphold service standards.
