Qualifications

• Shift work, including overnight shifts.
• 5-day workweek with weekends/PH depending on roster.

• Polished appearance and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Support the Residence Manager in providing excellent guest service.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally.
• Manage cashiering duties and follow company procedures.
• Maintain good relationships with guests and provide a welcoming experience.
• Follow safety, security and emergency procedures.
• Provide information on residence facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and organised work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
