Job summary

YONG FU EATING HOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to warmly welcome clients at Vision Exchange, Singapore. You will be the first contact, presenting a professional impression and guiding guests throughout their visit.

The role includes escorting clients from MRT stations to the outlet, coordinating appointments, and sharing information on services, promotions and facilities. 5.5 day work week with salary and benefits on offer.

Qualifications

• Singaporean or PR status.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented.
• Able to walk between MRT stations and outlets.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and provide a professional first impression.
• Meet clients at MRT stations or meeting points and escort them to the outlet.
• Contact clients prior to appointments to confirm arrival time and provide directions.
• Assist clients with wayfinding and ensure timely arrival at the outlet.
• Provide basic information about services, promotions, and facilities.
• Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience from arrival to handover to the outlet team.
• Coordinate with outlet staff regarding arrivals, appointments and special requests.
• Monitor appointment schedules and report delays or changes to the outlet team.
• Assist with customer registration, queue management and appointment coordination.
• Handle customer enquiries and escalate complaints to appropriate personnel.
• Support outlet operations during non-peak periods with admin and service duties.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance and uphold service standards.
• Comply with all company policies and safety requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
