MULTIFLORA NOIBARA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Guest Relations Officer at Vision Exchange, Singapore, to welcome clients and ensure a professional first impression. The role involves meeting clients at MRT stations, escorting them to the outlet, and coordinating with staff to ensure smooth service.

You will handle inquiries, provide information on services and promotions, and support operations during non-peak periods. Strong communication and a customer‑focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Singaporean or PR status required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and provide a professional first impression.
• Meet clients at designated MRT stations or agreed meeting points and escort them to the outlet.
• Contact clients prior to appointments to confirm arrival time and provide directions.
• Assist clients with wayfinding and ensure timely arrival at the outlet.
• Provide basic information about services, promotions and facilities when required.
• Ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience from arrival to handover to the outlet team.
• Coordinate with outlet staff regarding client arrivals, appointments and special requests.
• Monitor appointment schedules and communicate delays or changes to the outlet team.
• Assist with customer registration, queue management and appointment coordination as needed.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and escalate complaints or issues when needed.
• Support outlet operations during non-peak periods, including admin and customer service duties.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance and uphold customer service standards.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
