About ATLAS ANALYTICS

ATLAS ANALYTICS helps B2B tech companies grow faster and smarter with intelligent outbound, high-impact lead generation, and scalable pipeline systems. Clients rely on us as their embedded growth partner, while they close deals, we keep the engine running. We move fast, tell the truth, and keep things simple.

The Role

This is a builder seat inside Operations: you’ll own the data and automation layer that powers our outbound engine. It’s not a pure developer job and it’s not “click‑around ops” either. You sit at the intersection of business context and technical execution, turning GTM ideas into robust pipelines that source, verify, enrich, and deliver clean prospect data at speed. When something hiccups, you don’t patch and pray; you isolate variables, fix the root cause, add guardrails, and document the play so it won’t break again. Day to day, you’ll translate briefs from Growth / CSM into scalable workflows (Clay / Airtable → enrichment → sending tools), instrument health checks and alerts, and standardize infra for new clients so we move faster, cleaner, and with lion‑level standards.

What You’ll Do
  • Build & maintain end-to-end lead‑gen workflows (brief → list → verify → enrich → handoff) with clear ownership.
  • Diagnose & fix failures across tools (auth, webhooks, field mapping, rate limits, pagination, dedupe, regex).
  • Own sourcing logic: convert ICP briefs into precise methodologies, query strategies, exclusions / blacklists, and QA steps.
  • Standardize client infra (domains, mailboxes, sending tools, tracking) with templates and checklists.
  • QA & monitoring: create health checks, alerts, and runbooks; reduce bounces and firefighting.
  • Document SOPs that others can run (clear inputs / outputs, failure modes, rollback).
  • Collaborate with Growth / CSM to translate GTM ideas into repeatable, measurable pipelines.
  • Continuously improve: ship experiments, compare results, deprecate complexity.
  • Bonus: light Python / Node for small gaps where no-code falls short.
Tools you’ll touch

Clay (Tables / AI / Enrichment), Airtable, Apollo (or comparable), Make / Zapier, Smartlead or Instantly, Google Sheets & Apps Script, webhooks / APIs, CSV / JSON, Slack and our internal SalesOS.

You Are
  • A lead‑gen data nerd who enjoys automating workflows and turning messy inputs into clean outputs.
  • Switched on: strong business / common sense; you spot edge cases before they break.
  • A natural debugger: you read logs, isolate variables, and fix root causes, not symptoms.
  • Systematic: you document, templatize, and set guardrails so others can run what you build.
  • Collaborative & clear: you communicate trade‑offs, set expectations, and deliver on them.
  • Fluent in English (B2+). Reliable overlap with CET.
Nice to have
  • Experience with enrichment waterfalls (email / phone), identity resolution, and dedupe.
  • Comfort prompting LLMs for research assistance (with verification).
  • Prior exposure to B2B outbound (SDR / BDR ops or agency delivery).
  • Light scripting (Python / Node) to extend no‑code tools.
Not for you if…
  • You want to ’code all day’ but dislike business context or data quality.
  • You shy away from ownership, on‑call fixes, or writing documentation.
  • You prefer theory over shipping.
What success looks like (first 90 days)
  • Core pipelines are stable, instrumented with health checks and simple runbooks.
  • Growth / CSM get predictable list turnarounds with consistent quality.
  • Bounces and breakages trend down; escalations to the Ops Lead drop materially.
  • Key workflows are templatized and documented; onboarding new campaigns is faster and cleaner.
Salary, Benefits & Growth Opportunities

You’ll partner daily with the Ops Lead to turn GTM briefs into robust data and automation pipelines, collaborating closely with Growth and CSM (and Tech when needed). This is a builder seat with high ownership, you’re the go‑to for data quality and reliability. Your growth is tied to outcomes, with a clear path to Senior GTM Engineer → GTM Lead (Ops Builder Lead) and, for top performers, Ops 2IC. You’ll have access to internal training, 1 : 1 coaching, and the ATLAS Academy knowledge base, plus a high‑velocity, remote‑first setup where performance matters more than hours (and regular exposure to the CEO / founding team for priorities and reviews).
