Job summary

SleekFlow, the #1 AI Suite for revenue-driving conversations, is hiring a Growth Partnerships Executive / SDR in Singapore. This hybrid role blends outbound prospecting with partnership development to activate referral networks locally.

You’ll build a robust pipeline, identify referral partners such as agencies and tech providers, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate GTM initiatives. Fresh grads welcome with 0–2 years in related roles.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, growth, or a related role.
• Proven experience as an SDR or in outbound lead generation.
• Familiarity with outbound sales processes: cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting.
• Experience with modern sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, SalesQL, Apollo.io).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal.
• Knowledge of the local business environment in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients and build a healthy sales pipeline via outbound channels.
• Develop referral partnerships with channel partners (agencies, CRM consultants, tech providers).
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to align GTM initiatives.
• Onboard and enable referral partners to drive consistent deal referrals.
• Track activity and pipeline progress using CRM tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.).
