Qualifications

• Experience in field sales with a track record of new business.
• Proven success in high-volume customer acquisition or lead generation.
• Experience with brokers, agents, distributors, or referral networks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard referral partners such as agents and brokers.
• Negotiate and close referral agreements to grow the partner network.
• Build long-term relationships to maximize referral activity and growth.
• Deliver presentations on acquiring and banking solutions to partners and merchants.
• Drive merchant acquisition through referrals and direct business development.
• Maintain CRM records of meetings, agreements, referrals, and sales activities.
• Track performance against acquisition, activation, and conversion targets.
• Engage partners to ensure activation rates and sustained referral flow.
