The role demands leadership in business development, financial modelling, and strategic negotiations across multiple sectors, with strong stakeholder engagement and governance oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in energy, utilities, cooling, infrastructure.
• Proven leadership and business development experience.
• Strong commercial acumen in modelling, investment evaluation and negotiations.
• Experience managing P&L, operations, and joint ventures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and expansion of EaaS, Cooling, decarbonisation and related infra businesses in Thailand.
• Develop and execute the Thailand growth strategy aligned with Keppel's regional objectives.
• Identify, originate and secure new business opportunities across varied sectors.
• Lead end-to-end business development, including negotiations and proposals.
• Build strategic partnerships with customers, developers, government agencies and utilities.
• Oversee portfolio governance, budgeting, financial performance and risk management in Thailand entities.
