Keppel Data Centres Holding Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced leader to drive greenfield and brownfield data centre developments on a global scale.

You will actively shape strategy through entry into new markets, partnerships, and decarbonisation initiatives, while building power banks for future projects and guiding end-to-end investment processes. The role reports to the Head of Business & Programme Development in Singapore, requiring deep financial analysis, market research and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Corporate Finance, Real Estate or Engineering required.
8–14 years of relevant experience in business development or investment.
Experience in data centres or energy sectors is a plus.
Strong financial modeling and market research skills.

Responsibilities

Drive/co-drive strategic initiatives including new market entry and partnerships.
Develop and pursue opportunities to build up power banks for future data centre developments.
Support end-to-end investment process from origination to execution, including due diligence and modelling.
Prepare briefing papers for senior management and potential partners.
