Job summary

Keppel Ltd. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Maintenance Manager for District Cooling Systems (DCS) and Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) operations.

You will lead a team of engineers and technicians to optimize DCS+RCM performance and coordinate with the Operations team. Responsibilities include planning preventive and corrective maintenance, managing contracts and budgets, reviewing reports, and ensuring compliance with EHS standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and support operations of DCS and RCM sites.
• Lead and supervise maintenance processes, including contract management.
• Plan, implement and monitor maintenance programmes and cost estimates.
• Submit maintenance performance reports and maintain documentation.
