Job summary

Keppel DHCS Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior executive to accelerate growth and strategic development of its Energy-as-a-Service, cooling and decarbonisation businesses in Thailand, working closely with Keppel Headquarters, joint venture partners, customers and government agencies.

You will lead end-to-end business development, steer commercial structuring, financial modelling and contract negotiations, and oversee P&L and governance across the Thailand portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in energy, utilities, cooling, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development, financial modelling and contract negotiations.
• Experience managing P&L, business operations, and joint ventures or partnerships.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and expansion of EaaS, Cooling, decarbonisation in Thailand; develop growth strategy aligned with regional objectives.
• Oversee joint venture governance, budgeting, risk management and compliance across Thailand entities.
