Job summary

You will manage a team of engineers and specialists, optimise DCS/RCM performance, and drive improvements in operations, safety and efficiency. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including discipline familiarity with ACMV, EMS,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in engineering roles.
• Experience in ACMV system design is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of ACMV and District Cooling Systems.
• Experience with EMS and monitoring systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and support maintenance of DCS plants and RCM sites.
• Lead a team of engineers and specialists to optimise operations.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor performance and propose improvements for projects.
• Create and implement O&M procedures and permit-to-work processes.
• Review data, troubleshoot deficiencies and propose solutions.
• Ensure budget tracking and timely operations reporting.
• Support audits and ensure EHS compliance.
