Hire Digital is looking for a Growth Events Lead to use events as a core growth and go-to-market channel across Southeast Asia. This role focuses on launching products, entering new markets, building communities, and accelerating pipeline through high-impact, well-executed events.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute event-led go-to-market programs for product launches and regional expansion.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of B2B events (roundtables, launches, community and partner activations).
  • Partner with Product, Growth, Sales, and Partnerships to align events with adoption and pipeline goals.
  • Use events to drive user acquisition, community engagement, partnerships, and brand credibility.
  • Track performance and continuously optimise based on data and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years in growth, product marketing, events, community, or GTM roles in startups or high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience launching products, entering new markets, or building communities from zero.
  • Strong execution mindset with hands-on delivery experience.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and operating with ambiguity.
  • Data-driven and outcome-focused.
