Job summary

Landmark E&C Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development & Marketing Executive to expand the client base and support recruitment operations in Singapore. You will bridge client acquisition with candidate placement, identify business opportunities, and collaborate with our operations team to match top talent with the right roles.

You will engage in outbound prospecting and cold-calling, nurture strong client relationships, and drive workflow improvements across recruitment and marketing

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE Nitec / Higher Nitec or equivalent.
• Possession of CEI Basic is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Be highly proactive, self-motivated and take initiative.
• Comfortable with cold-calling and outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication, able to handle targets under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads, conduct cold calls, and prospect new corporate clients.
• Liaise with and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with operations to match candidates with client needs.
• Generate ideas to improve recruitment workflows and marketing outreach.
• Address client queries and ensure smooth service across accounts.
