Qualifications

• ITE Nitec or Higher Nitec or equivalent certification.
• CEI Basic license is a plus, but not required.
• Self-directed, highly motivated and quick to take initiative.
• Confident with cold outreach and outbound sales calls.
• Resilient under pressure, meeting deadlines and ambitious goals.
• Fluency in Mandarin preferred to coordinate with Chinese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Outreach & Lead Generation: Source prospective corporate leads, execute cold calls, and actively secure new business opportunities.
• Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with prospective, new, and existing accounts.
• Candidate Matching & Operational Support: Liaise with operations to align staffing demands with candidate profiles.
• Process & Workflow Optimization: Pitch and implement ideas to elevate day-to-day operations and outreach effectiveness.
• Client Servicing: Handle client inquiries promptly to ensure seamless, reliable service delivery across every account.
