Job summary

LANDMARK E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive professional to blend outbound sales prospecting with recruitment coordination in Singapore.

You will conduct cold calls to business clients, qualify leads, schedule discovery meetings, and source candidates via portals. You will also coordinate follow-up activities across both sales and recruitment functions. The role requires strong communication skills, experience in telesales or recruitment settings, and the ability to manage calendars

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or recruitment agency settings.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive telephone etiquette.
• Independent, goal-oriented and well organized calendar management.
• CEI certification is advantageous for agency operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective business clients and identify decision-makers.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads, schedule discovery or commercial appointments.
• Source candidates via portals and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
• Maintain an accurate log of call activity, meeting outcomes and interview notes.
• Send follow-up emails and coordinate next steps for sales leads and candidates.
