Job summary

LANDMARK E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Business Development & Marketing Executive to expand the client base and support recruitment operations in Singapore.

The role combines client outreach with candidate placement, working closely with operations to match top talent to client needs. You will identify opportunities, liaise with new and existing clients, and contribute to process improvements in daily workflows and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE Nitec or equivalent.
• CEI Basic license is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work under target deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and conduct cold calls to prospect new corporate clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with operations to match candidates to client requirements.
• Generate ideas to improve recruitment workflows and marketing outreach.
• Address client queries and ensure smooth service delivery across accounts.
