You will engage with business owners, HR managers and decision-makers, understanding their needs and offering tailored manpower solutions. You will collaborate with recruitment, marketing and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met, manage pipelines, and drive growth across industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, B2B sales, account management, partnerships or client servicing.
• Comfortable reaching out to new prospects and building business relationships from the ground up.
• Confident and professional communication with business owners and decision-makers.
• Enjoy understanding client needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Commercially minded with a track record of measurable results.
• Proactive with pipeline management and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential client partnerships.
• Reach out to prospective clients through networking, referrals, outreach and other business development channels.
• Meet business owners, HR professionals, hiring managers and decision-makers to understand manpower and business needs.
• Present suitable solutions based on each client's requirements.
• Manage the business development process from initial introduction and discussion through proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and partnerships.
• Work with recruitment, marketing and operations teams to support client requirements.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
• Follow up consistently and own opportunities until a clear outcome.
