Job summary

MACRO EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Business Development Consultant in Singapore to drive growth, manage client relationships, coordinate recruitment activities, and provide HR consultancy services across multiple industries.

The role offers flexible working arrangements and performance-based earning potential within a collaborative environment. You will identify new business opportunities, engage clients, coordinate with candidates, and support onboarding and placement

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or related field.
CEI Certification preferred for recruitment-related responsibilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, organised and able to learn independently.
Familiarity with recruitment, sales, customer service or business development processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries.
Build and maintain professional client relationships and promote services.
Support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination.
Assist with onboarding and placement processes; maintain recruitment records.
