Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore is seeking a Relationship Manager for its Middle Market unit to acquire, grow, and deepen relationships with high-potential businesses. You will deliver lending, trade finance, treasury, cash management, and digital banking solutions to help customers scale regionally and transition to larger banking segments as they mature.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of business banking or commercial banking experience.
• Strong understanding of lending, trade finance, treasury, and cash management solutions.
• Ability to engage business owners, entrepreneurs, and growth-stage companies.
• Strong business development, relationship management, and advisory skills.
• Driven, commercially minded, and results-oriented team player with a passion for helping businesses grow.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and grow relationships within MM's priority customer segments to increase share of wallet and customer lifetime value.
• Deliver holistic banking solutions across lending, trade finance, treasury, cash management, and digital banking.
• Identify emerging growth opportunities and support customers through key business milestones, expansion, acquisitions, succession planning, and regional growth.
• Build strong ecosystem relationships and act as a trusted advisor to business owners and management teams.
• Drive customer digitalisation and adoption of innovative banking solutions.
• Maintain strong credit discipline, portfolio quality, and compliance with regulatory and bank policies.
