Qualifications

• 10–15 years of commercial or corporate banking experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or senior RM role.
• Strong financial analysis, credit assessment, and deal structuring skills.
• Deep understanding of healthcare, education, and essential services business models.
• Proven ability to innovate and design client-centric solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Relationship Managers to meet business and client objectives.
• Manage portfolio P&L, credit quality, and fee income performance.
• Oversee risk and governance, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
• Identify growth opportunities and deliver integrated banking solutions with product partners.
