Bonvests Holdings Limited, a public-listed company with diversified businesses in Hotel (Ownership and Management), Property (Investment and Development) and Waste (Management and Contract Cleaning), invites suitably qualified and dedicated candidates to join our corporate head office as a Group Finance Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational reporting of our overseas hotel and property operations, working closely with local property teams and senior management at headquarters.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee full spectrum of Group consolidation for statutory, taxation and management reporting in compliance with SGX requirements.
  • Overall in charge of preparation and analysis of group financial and management reports, cashflow, quarterly reports,budgetary control, treasuryand SGX announcements.
  • Co-ordinate and liaising with external and internal auditors for annual audit including preparation of financial statements.
  • Liaising with tax agents on Group’s transfer pricing and tax computation.
  • Recommend management action pertaining to acquisitions, merger, IPO, investment and divestment of business, effective cost of capital and international financial strategies.
  • As Sustainability Officer and ensure compliance with Singapore Exchange (SGX) sustainability regulations and standards while preparing sustainability reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • CA with at least 5 years relevant work experience and preferably with good exposure to international business environment
  • Familiar with SGX requirements
  • Strong communication skills and experience to deal with people at all levels.
  • Sound technical accounting knowledge and ability to enhance the Group’s accounting policies and procedures
