About the team:

The Regulatory Compliance team plays a critical role in ensuring the business operates with integrity and adheres to all applicable laws and regulations. The team oversees the implementation of compliance frameworks, conducts risk assessments, and develops internal controls to safeguard the organisation’s reputation. Joining this team offers hands‑on exposure to real‑world compliance practices and the opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals in managing regulatory obligations and ethical standards.

Job Description:

This is a 6‑month full‑time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme. The GRIT Programme is an initiative by Workforce Singapore (WSG) that offers fresh graduates with traineeship opportunities across various sectors.

  • Support the review, update, and maintenance of local and regional compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to Individual Accountability and Conduct, as well as Related Party Transactions.
  • Assist in the implementation and rollout of compliance policies across relevant jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate and support the rollout of mandatory compliance training programs.
  • Provide assistance to the local compliance team on ad hoc projects and initiatives arising from the ordinary course of business.
Job Requirements:
  • Graduated or graduating in 2024 and 2025 from universities, or graduated earlier and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.
  • Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
  • Demonstrates interest in regulatory compliance within the financial services industry.
  • Possesses strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to translate policy requirements into clear, step‑by‑step procedures and guidelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
