Surbana Jurong is seeking a Green Mark Manager to assist Employer Representatives at sites in identifying and implementing energy-saving and sustainability initiatives in line with Greengov movement and Green Mark requirements.

You will conduct preliminary energy audits, analyse energy performance of facility equipment, log data from major systems, review M&E specifications, and prepare annual audit reports with estimated implementation costs.

Qualifications

• GMAP or GMAAP certification mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of Green Mark project experience.
• Experience in energy management and sustainability initiatives is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assist Employer Representatives in implementing energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.
• Conduct preliminary energy audits and assess energy performance.
• Analyze historical energy data to identify usage patterns and inefficiencies.
• Log data from major energy-consuming systems (AC, ventilation, data centres).
• Review M&E specifications, drawings, and equipment performance.
• Identify energy-saving opportunities and recommend measures.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit assessments.
• Provide recommendations on energy optimisation and reliable electricity supply.
• Prepare annual audit reports with observations and costs.
