Job summary

koe consulting pte. ltd. seeks a Green Mark Manager to lead certification efforts, energy audits, and sustainability initiatives across managed facilities in Singapore. You will analyze energy performance, identify inefficiencies, and drive ECMs in line with GreenGov targets.

You will collaborate with operations teams and clients to implement practical, data-driven solutions that improve energy efficiency and occupant comfort within FM operations.

Qualifications

• Degree and certifications in relevant engineering and sustainability fields are required or preferred.
• GMAP-FM certification is a must; familiarity with Green Mark and GreenGov initiatives is expected.
• SCEM certification and related energy management credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Green Mark certification and recertification initiatives for managed facilities.
• Advise client and site teams on Green Mark initiatives, sustainability improvements and energy optimisation opportunities.
• Support sustainability initiatives aligned with GreenGov requirements and organisational goals.
• Work with operations to integrate sustainability into day-to-day FM operations.
• Conduct energy audits and energy performance assessments for building systems and facilities.
• Analyze historical energy consumption and utility data to identify trends and wastage patterns.
• Establish energy baselines and monitor performance indicators.
• Review M&E specifications and as-built drawings to understand system configurations.
• Identify energy-saving opportunities and recommend ECMs; conduct cost-benefit analysis.
