Job summary

Surbana Jurong Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a Green Mark Manager to support Employer Representatives at sites in Singapore.   • Minimum 3 years of relevant Green Mark project experience.
  • Experience in energy management, sustainability initiatives and energy audits.
  • Good understanding of energy efficiency and building systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Employer Representatives with energy-saving and sustainability initiatives per GreenGov and Green Mark requirements.
  • Conduct preliminary energy audits and assess energy performance of facility equipment and systems.
  • Analyze historical energy data to identify usage patterns, inefficiencies and waste.
  • Perform data logging and sampling of major energy-consuming systems (AHU, ventilation, data centres).
  • Review M&E specs, as-built drawings, equipment performance and operating conditions.
  • Identify energy-saving opportunities and recommend energy conservation measures.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations on energy optimisation and reliable electricity supply to save costs.
  • Prepare annual audit reports with observations, solutions and estimated costs.

Summary

The Green Mark Manager is to assist the Employer Representatives at sites in identifying and implementing energy saving as well as sustainability initiatives in line with Greengov movement, including to advise and recommend on suitable Green Mark initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Employer Representatives in implementing energy-saving and sustainability initiatives in line with the GreenGov movement and Green Mark requirements.
  • Conduct preliminary energy audits and assess the energy performance of existing facility equipment and systems.
  • Analyse historical energy consumption and cost data to identify energy usage patterns, inefficiencies, and potential energy wastage.
  • Conduct data logging and sampling of major energy-consuming systems, including air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and data centre systems.
  • Review M&E specifications, as-built drawings, equipment performance, and operating conditions.
  • Identify energy-saving opportunities and recommend suitable energy conservation measures.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit assessments for proposed energy-saving initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations on energy optimisation and quality electricity supply to improve energy efficiency and cost savings.
  • Prepare annual audit reports covering observations, recommended solutions, and estimated implementation costs.

Requirements

  • Green Mark Advanced Professional (GMAP) or Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAAP) certification. Minimum3 years of relevant Green Mark project experience.
  • Successful completion of the required Green Mark accreditation requirements.
  • Experience in energy management, sustainability initiatives, energy audits, and Green Mark-related projects will be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of energy efficiency, building systems, and sustainability practices.
