Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Green Mark Manager for a 2-year contract with benefits, based in Woodlands, Singapore.

You will lead sustainability initiatives, oversee Green Mark certification and energy efficiency projects, and work closely with building operations to optimise M&E performance.

Requirements include a degree in Engineering or FM, GMAP-FM, SCEM certifications, and hands-on experience with Green Mark processes, BMS, energy monitoring and energy audits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, FM, Sustainability or related field.
• GMAP-FM certification is mandatory.
• Experience in FM, Building Services, energy management in built environment.
• Familiar with Green Mark requirements and energy monitoring platforms.
• SCEM certification and other sustainability certifications preferred; Green Mark recertification experience valued.
• Hands-on energy audits and analysis of utility data to identify savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Green Mark certification and recertification initiatives for managed facilities.
• Advise clients and site teams on sustainability improvements and energy optimisation.
• Support implementation of sustainability initiatives aligned with GreenGov requirements.
• Work with operations teams to integrate sustainability into day-to-day FM operations.
• Conduct energy audits and analyse energy data to identify baselines and ECMs.
