Job summary

A leading institute in Singapore is seeking a subject matter expert for grants to oversee grant administration and ensure compliance. The role involves managing a team, engaging stakeholders, and implementing effective SOPs. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in grants management and possess strong analytical and communication skills. This position is based in Jurong East, and designation and salary will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in grants management/administration or experience in conducting audit, evaluation and/or claims related work.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and systems thinking abilities required.
• Good communication skills (written, spoken and presentation) and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team to oversee the administration of grant processing matters.
• Engage and influence stakeholders on policies and procedures.
• Responsible for effective and efficient SOPs.
• Provide consultation to team members in executing policies.
• Track, analyze and report processing data to Team Lead and senior management.
• Handle administrative duties and undertake ad-hoc assignments.
