Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Service Delivery Manager to support ICA ATFM operations in Singapore. You will coordinate ongoing service delivery, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure performance against SLAs while guiding BAU activities and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities include monitoring incidents, coordinating with partners, and contributing to reporting and governance for stakeholders across the government and facilities management domain.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in service delivery, application support or IT operations management.
• Experience working with government agencies or public sector clients is highly advantageous.
• Proven track record in managing SLAs, KPIs and operational performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary focal point for ICA ATFM operational support activities, queries and issues.
• Monitor service performance and address incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Support health checks, application monitoring and BAU service activities.
• Track incident investigations, RCA and closure; escalate major issues as needed.
• Coordinate with customer teams, partners and internal support groups for seamless daily ops.
• Assist in reviewing SLAs, KPIs and prepare operational reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure communication on services delivered and assist in changes/maintenance tasks.
