Job summary

ARYAN SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Delivery Lead (Managed Services) to oversee a managed IT infrastructure and security services project for a public sector client in Singapore.

The role is on-site and will operate within a 24x5 environment. You will lead the non-security infrastructure team, manage incidents, changes and service requests, monitor SLA/KPI performance, and drive continuous improvement using AI and automation tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT Service Management experience.
• 5+ years team lead in managed services.
• ITSM operations.
• SLA management.

• Degree in CS/IT or related.
• ITIL preferred.

About the role

We are hiring a Service Delivery Lead (Managed Services) for a managed IT infrastructure and security services engagement supporting a public sector organisation in Singapore. This is an on-site role supporting a 24x5 operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee non-security infrastructure team
• Manage day-to-day operations (incidents, changes, SRs)
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance
• Effort estimation
• Leverage AI/automation tools for service delivery
