Job summary

A leading HR service provider in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional to manage manpower planning and budgeting exercises. The ideal candidate will have a strong quantitative background, capable of analyzing manpower data and forecasting needs. Responsibilities include monitoring manpower readiness, harmonizing planning processes, and executing various HR projects. This role demands excellent analytical skills and the ability to propose KPI targets based on past trends.

Qualifications

  • Possess a relevant degree with major in Finance, Statistics, Human Resources, Economics, or any related discipline.

Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Manpower Readiness
  • Key HR representative in the annual manpower budgeting exercises.
  • Monitor and update manpower readiness.
  • Harmonise the manpower planning and budgeting processes, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highlight manpower issues or gaps to senior management & division directors for appropriate actions to be taken.
  • Institute structured and disciplined manpower requisition and establish management processes through the development of guidelines, requirements, and templates.
Manpower Analysis
  • Analyse current manpower inventory and make future manpower forecast using advanced statistical models and tools to generate meaningful insights and drive actions.
  • Provide manpower data analysis reports to stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of changes by scanning of environment on tools and methodologies used for manpower planning and analysis of data.
  • Manage all reporting requirements & surveys under the function.
HR Planning
  • Computation of Manpower Productivity Indicators.
  • Propose KPI targets using past trend data, monitor, and track achievements.
Other Projects / Assignment
  • Develop a project management timeline and work in close partnership with respective stakeholders, including NUHS Group’s Centre of Excellence (COE) for Manpower Planning.
  • Participate in other various HR projects when assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Possess a relevant degree with major in a quantitative discipline, that is, Finance, Statistics, Human Resources, Economics, or any related discipline.
