Job Responsibilities:
Manpower Readiness
- Key HR representative in the annual manpower budgeting exercises.
- Monitor and update manpower readiness.
- Harmonise the manpower planning and budgeting processes, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highlight manpower issues or gaps to senior management & division directors for appropriate actions to be taken.
- Institute structured and disciplined manpower requisition and establish management processes through the development of guidelines, requirements, and templates.
Manpower Analysis
- Analyse current manpower inventory and make future manpower forecast using advanced statistical models and tools to generate meaningful insights and drive actions.
- Provide manpower data analysis reports to stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of changes by scanning of environment on tools and methodologies used for manpower planning and analysis of data.
- Manage all reporting requirements & surveys under the function.
HR Planning
- Computation of Manpower Productivity Indicators.
- Propose KPI targets using past trend data, monitor, and track achievements.
Other Projects / Assignment
- Develop a project management timeline and work in close partnership with respective stakeholders, including NUHS Group’s Centre of Excellence (COE) for Manpower Planning.
- Participate in other various HR projects when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a relevant degree with major in a quantitative discipline, that is, Finance, Statistics, Human Resources, Economics, or any related discipline.
