Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore is seeking a Premier Relationship Manager to actively acquire and manage Premier Banking Offshore clients, delivering tailored financial solutions and advisory services to help grow their wealth.

You will work with investment specialists and credit teams, travel for business as needed, and leverage your CMFAS qualifications and 5+ years of banking sales experience to achieve revenue and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in banking and financial services.
• Experience in covering the Vietnam market.
• Recognised university degree and CMFAS certifications (RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI).
• Sound knowledge of banking products including investments such as unit trusts, bancassurance and treasury products.
• Strong interpersonal and tele-consulting skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively acquire and prospect new Premier Banking Offshore customers and strengthen relationships.
• Contribute to profit and growth targets of Premier Banking.
• Manage relationships with new and existing affluent customers through consultative financial analysis.
• Up-sell and cross-sell while providing market information updates and trend analysis.
• Ensure superior customer service and contribute to overall Premier Banking experience.
