Job summary

OCBC Singapore is recruiting a Premier Relationship Officer to support International Wealth Premier clients. You will assist Relationship Managers, deliver seamless banking solutions, and focus on building strong client connections with exceptional service.

The role emphasizes proactive client support, data accuracy, and collaboration within a high-performing Premier Banking team. A Diploma is expected, with a Degree preferred; 2+ years’ experience is useful for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• At least a Diploma qualification (Degree is desirable).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-stop banking solutions to customers.
• Strengthen Premier Banking customer relationships through effective relationship management.
• Provide good and productive operational support to Relationship Managers (RMs).
• Assist RMs in preparing loan applications and processing sales transactions.
• Provide service and marketing support for all Premier Banking transactions.
• Ensure superior customer service to contribute positively to the overall Premier Banking customer experience.
• Provide administrative support to the International Wealth Premier team.
• Manage client documentation and data entry accurately.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
