Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced Premier Banking professional to drive acquisition and deepen relationships with affluent clients. The role focuses on delivering trusted financial guidance and achieving sustainable growth in a dynamic market.

You will manage end-to-end client engagements, perform professional financial analysis, and upsell investment and treasury products while maintaining exceptional service quality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in banking and financial services.
• Recognised university degree and CMFAS certification.
• Knowledge of banking products including investment products such as unit trusts, bancassurance and treasury products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and tele-consulting ability.

Responsibilities

• Active acquisition and prospecting of Premier Banking Onshore customers; develop and strengthen relationships.
• Contribute to profit and growth targets of Premier Banking.
• Manage relationships with affluent customers through professional financial analysis.
• Upsell, cross-sell and provide market information updates to customers.
• Ensure superior customer service and enhance overall customer experience.
