Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Senior Relationship Development Manager (Offshore) to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients and deliver bespoke financial solutions. You will identify opportunities, work with internal stakeholders, and stay ahead of market and regulatory changes to serve clients effectively.

Required is a degree in a finance-related field and 8+ years in private banking/wealth management, with strong relationship-building, communication, and investment knowledge.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business.
• 8+ years of experience in private banking or wealth management.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of investment products, wealth planning and credit solutions.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; team-oriented with stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Acquire New-To-Bank and New-To-Premier clients for Premier Private Client Offshore.
• Cross-sell OCBC Premier Private Client Banking value proposition.
• Develop and maintain effective client acquisition sources and partnerships.
• Onboard clients via face-to-face or digital onboarding; perform KYC/AML procedures.
• Deliver best-in-class service and adhere to compliance standards.
