Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a Premier Relationship Officer to support the International Wealth Premier team, delivering one-stop banking solutions and enriching client relationships.

You will assist Relationship Managers, handle loan applications and transactions, and provide service and marketing support for Premier Banking clients. The role demands client-centric service, strong communication, and sharp organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• At least a Diploma qualification; degree is desirable.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong operational knowledge.
• Pleasant personality with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-stop banking solutions to customers.
• Strengthen Premier Banking customer relationships through effective relationship management.
• Provide good and productive operational support to Relationship Managers (RMs).
• Assist RMs in preparing loan applications and processing sales transactions.
• Provide service and marketing support for all Premier Banking transactions.
• Ensure superior customer service to contribute positively to the overall Premier Banking customer experience.
• Provide administrative support to the International Wealth Premier team.
• Manage client documentation and data entry accurately.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
