Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting for an Order Management role in Singapore. The position involves leading or collaborating with the Order Management team, processing customer orders in SAP, maintaining master data, and facilitating shipments to meet delivery dates.

You will support pricing checks and coordinate with regional teams across Asia, Europe and North America. The 1-year contract offers a completion bonus of 1 month and a salary range up to 3,500 SGD.

Qualifications

• Experience in order management processes and SAP-based workflows.
• Ability to maintain price, master data, and system setups in SAP.
• Ability to generate reports and ensure accuracy in order management.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects and lead/collaborate with Order Management team.
• Process customer orders in SAP within agreed service levels.
• Maintain customer master data and system setups in SAP.
• Facilitate order shipment per delivery date.
• Support pricing issue checks and coordinate resolutions.
• Identify and escalate order data discrepancies for investigation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and standardisation.
• Generate reports to ensure accuracy and compliance of order processes.
• Work with regional teams across Asia, Europe and North America customers.
