Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Order Management professional for a 1 year contract with a 1 month completion bonus. The role is based at Changi Business Park near MRT Expo, with hours from Tuesday to Saturday, 5am to 2pm.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in SAP within agreed service levels.
• Maintain customer master data and system setups in SAP.
• Facilitate order shipment per customer’s delivery date.
• Support pricing issue checks and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Identify and elevate order data discrepancies for further investigation.
